Prohibited to you [for marriage] are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father's sisters, your mother's sisters, your brother's daughters, your sister's daughters, your [milk] mothers who nursed you, your sisters through nursing, your wives' mothers, and your step-daughters under your guardianship [born] of your wives unto whom you have gone in. But if you have not gone in unto them, there is no sin upon you. And [also prohibited are] the wives of your sons who are from your [own] loins, and that you take [in marriage] two sisters simultaneously, except for what has already occurred. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.

«فَأمَرَني رَبِّي آتي الْبقِيعَ فَأَسْتَغْفِرَلَهُمْ، قُلْتُ کَيفَ أقُولُ: يا رسول اللَّهَ، قالَ: قُولي: السلامُ علي أهل الدِّيارِ مِنَ الْمُؤمنينَ والمُسْلِمينَ يَرْحمُ اللَّه المُسْتَقْدِمينَ مِنّا وَالمُسْتأخِرينَ وإنَّا إنْ شاءاللَّه بِکُمْ لاحِقونَ
Hazrat Aisha narrated Rasul asked me to do isteghfar
Rasul saw said my Lord commanded me to visit Baqee and seek forgiveness for them (people those who are buried here)
Hazrat Aisha said how do I say oh Messenger of Allah
Rasul saw said
Say May Allah mercy on those who came from among us and those who came later, and In’Sha’Allah we will join you

Giving ghusl to maiyat is wajib e Kifai. Which means if someone passed away it is wajib on every Muslim to give ghusl and kafan to dead person. If no one performed then everyone will be punished but if few people performed then wajib was done and the one who has performed will be rewarded, others will not be answerable.
There is not any condition of number of maiyat to give ghusl to them.

Imam Ali as se sawal howa tu aap ne jawab diya agar gunah se buch rahe ho aur wajib ko anjam de rahe hain tu iska matlab woh razi hai us ne bargah se nikala nahi hai

Try to be in state of wudhu all time, pray your prayers at prime time engage yourself in reading Quran and tafseer and life of Ahlul bait as and be in the company of pious people. Be positive and think positive

Be in the state of wudhu and try to read isteghfar as much as possible. Read dua e Tauba from Saheefa e Kamila.

Iska Qayeda bhi baqiya najasat ki tarah hai agar pani ka colour. Taste aur smell badal jaye tu najis warna paak hai.

According to new ruling of Aagha e sistani if someone owed money, Khums is not wajib if saving is lesser than bebt but this is if this mortgage is with the niyat of loan.
But if one has borrowed money from bank with the niyat of istenqadh means not with the intention of loan. The knowledge that the bank will sooner or later force him to pay the capital as well as the interest does not affect [the lawfulness of] his taking the money.In this case khums is wajib.

Related to Gold if it was used then Khums is not applied.

Sadaqah and dua are recommended for every month. For the month of Safar there are duas taught by masoomeen as for the protection
It is not mentioned that it is bad for men. Actually Ahlul bait as were faced biggest disrespect and disgrace in this month when Bibi Zainab as and Bibi Umme Kulsoom were brought in streets of Damascus and courtyard of Yazeed.

1- There is no Khums on laon. It is not saving it is your debt.
2- Khums is wajib on saving not on expenditures.
It there is any unused stuff or gift or any saving then you have to pay khums on it.

Gunah se nafrat kijiye aur gunahgaar ko hidayat kijiye gunah ke daldal se nikaliye.
Jis tarah dobne wale ko bachana wajib hai Gunahgaar ko gunah se rookna wajib hai aur isko nahi anil munkar kahte hain yane burai se rookna
In’Sha’Allah ache ikhlaq aur gentle naseehat se In’Sha’Allah woh insan badal jayega.

It is a trial time for everyone. According to tradition of Ahlul bait as Aakhir zaman is challenging time for believers to protect themselves from influence of wrong beliefs.
May Allah guide us and keep us on right path if someone remain on path of ahlul bait as according to Hadith of imam Mohammad Baqir as he will get reward of 1000 martyrs of Badr and Uhad.
Yes it is challenging your father is absolutely right and my sincere respect for him and my elders.
But today we are divided and momeneen are labeled as Muqassir or two ghalat two extreme end According to Rasul saw and Imam Ali as both are wrong and in astray
But many of us are not properly guided but misguided in planned way. Why not we guide them in proper way in quranic way

Holy Quran 16:125

ادْعُ إِلَىٰ سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ ۖ وَجَادِلْهُم بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ ۖ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ

Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided.


I think help them guide them they need proper guidance and do not give chance or an opportunity to enemies of Ahlulbait as. I’m sure your effort shall not be wasted.

If you can find place in your backyard please bury there or put in river or sea. Burning of Quran is sin .

You can recite Ziyarat e Ashura anytime but best time is noon.
Dua e kumail recommended to recite Thursday night and dua e Tawassul on Tuesday night. These are prescribed days and times but if one is unable to recite at mention time then can read anytime to get benefit and reward of recitations.

1) Yes gold ring is haram for man. Tell them to give Aqeeq ring which is recommended also.

2) Now Mehendi no doubt is not in Islam but if there are only female then it is not haram.

3) Yes if groom or groom family demand it is not jayez but if from their own will if they are giving some gift or exchange of gift from both side, it is jayez.

Only one thing is against the shariah is Gold ring for groom which is Haram but try to resolve this issue patiently with wisdom.

Tarjuma padhne se samajhne ka sawab bhi milega aur fayeda bhi hoga. Magar asl Quran ke padhne ka hukm diya gaya hai taake asl Quran padhein samajhne ka hukm diya gaya hai taake samajh sakein.

A) Performing tayammum with soil, pebbles, a clod of earth, and stone is valid. However, the recommended precaution is that if it is possible to perform tayammum with soil, one should not perform it with any other thing; and if soil is not available, [the recommended precaution is to perform tayammum] with fine sand that is very soft, such that it can be called ‘soil’; and if that is not possible, with a clod of earth; and if that is not possible, with pebbles; and in the event that pebbles and a clod of earth are not available, one must perform tayammum with a stone.

Three things are obligatory when performing tayammum in place of wuḍūʾ or ghusl:

1. Striking or placing the palms of both hands on something with which tayammum can be validly performed; and based on obligatory precaution, the striking of both palms must be done simultaneously;

2. Wiping the palms of both hands over the entire forehead – and based on obligatory precaution, over the two sides of the forehead as well – from the place where the hair of the head grows to the eyebrows and above the nose; and the recommended precaution is that the palms should be wiped over the eyebrows as well;

3. Wiping the palm of the left hand over the whole of the back of the right hand, and wiping the palm of the right hand over the whole of the back of the left hand; and the obligatory precaution is that that the aforementioned order must be observed [i.e. first the back of the right hand must be wiped and then the back of the left].

1- Transactions should be real in which real currency is being sold and bought. Therefore, if the income is gained on the basis of forecasting currency value fluctuation, it is not lawful.
2- If the transactions, which are done by taking credit from the broker, have the nature of taking loan on interest basis, it is riba and haraam.

There is no caste discrimination or inequality in Islam.

O People, if you should be in doubt about the Resurrection, then [consider that] indeed, We created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot, and then from a lump of flesh, formed and unformed - that We may show you. And We settle in the wombs whom We will for a specified term, then We bring you out as a child, and then [We develop you] that you may reach your [time of] maturity. And among you is he who is taken in [early] death, and among you is he who is returned to the most decrepit [old] age so that he knows, after [once having] knowledge, nothing. And you see the earth barren, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and swells and grows [something] of every beautiful kind.

al‑Imam al‑Rida (as) said: "When you intend to do something, pray a two Rak'at Salat and seek the best from Allah one hundred times, then whatever is stronger (in your heart), perform that. In your supplication, recite:

`There is no god except Allah, the Highest, the Greatest. There is no god except Allah, the Patient, the Noble. The Lord of Muhammad and 'Ali! Grant me the best in my action for this world and for the next world, the best from Yourself, that in which Your pleasure lies in and which is good for me for the goodness of the next world. One of the condition for leading prayer is proper qirat but just doubt in qirat is not an excuse to leave the jamat.

اور مصباح چراغ جسے اطراف سے محفوظ ركها جائے

For protection from evil read 5 times salawaat followed by following Aayat of surah yunus ayat 77 to 82

Pahle geela karne ke bajaye zyada pani wuzu ke dauran chèhre Aur hath par dalein Aur agar khushk ho jaye tu dadhi se pani lekar Masah kar Sakte hain kyon ke dadhi ke Baal ka pani jaldi nahi sookhta

Dekhiye agar date aane tak woh cheiz use ho Gai hai tu khums nahi hoga Aur agar use nahi hoi hai tu khums hoga

I understand it is a big challenge I'm also from same country but as per the ruling they are Najis and we are not allowed to eat the food which is prepare by them.In this situation it is the best time to learn how to cook or try to get from Muslim restaurant or the place where it is cooked by Muslims.

If the cleaners are non Muslims and using wet clothes to clean the floor of the room then make sure if you step up with your wet feet then it would become najis so in that case use indoor slippers.
For bedsheets if it was washed by non Muslims then you can’t use as long as either bedsheet is wet or your body so in case of use itself bedsheets and your body should be dry.
For Laundry washed clothes if you are 100% sure that it was touched by non Muslims then it would be considered najis otherwise it is Pak.
Sun can’t make any movable things it can only make Pak non movable things like buildings, earth and wall etc. So it can’t make your food stuff and bedsheets or clothes unless you have washed them.
In short the best solution to deal this issue
Keep one or two pairs of clothes separate for your prayers and if you are praying on ground use Musalla. As for as food concern you write a letter to the office of Ayatullah Khamenei (May Allah protect him) on this link www.khamenei.ir and ask special permission for food stuff.

• Here the Imam Zaynul Abideen (as) gave a scream as if he was about to leave this world saying Ah! Ah! Whoever touches the black stone it is as if he has shaken hands with Almighty Allah (SWT). So Look O poor chap that you do not destroy the reward of something whose sacredness has been made very great and you do not spoil your Handshake by disobedience and by grasping evil like the sinners.

Make the niyat either in qyam or rukoo it will be consider as your first Rakat and while imam and others they recite tashahud at that time recite for the niyat of sawab only
When imam stand for third Rakat it will be your second Rakat therefore you recite sura hamd and one small Surah and qunoot and do rukoo and sajda with imam and read tashahud and then stand up for your third Rakat and complete your prayer.

In a similar way, what we as humanbeings often consider to be imperfections are not imperfections from the point of view of our creator! As he mentions in the Holy Quran, Insaan (human beings) are perfect creations and they will accordingly be assessed by Allah.
Each human being has to face distinct tests (which we often regard as imperfections), and Allah has therefore created individuals perfectly to deal with the associated challenges.
With regards to your point about circumcision, a reason behind it is so that we can illustrate our submission towards Allah. Just like when we pray Salah, we know that Allah doesn’t need it - it’s for our own benefit as it keeps us closer to our Creator and enhances our spirituality. Circumcision is following the orders of our Creator, and hence is an Ibadaah (act of worship) - it has nothing to do with our Creator not knowing how to finish the job.

Imam Jafar Sadiq (a.s.) has said that five signs before the re-appearance of Hazrat Qaim (a.s.) would appear:
(i) The appearance of Yemani,
(ii) Revolt of Sufyani,
(iii) Mysterious voice,
(iv) Murder of a pious man between Safah and Marwa,
(v) Sinking of Sufyani's army between Mecca and Medina at a place known as Baiza.

You can not recite more than two Surah.if one has Tajveed issue then follow the ruling of tsuzeehul Masayel that in first Rakat read sura Qadr and in second rakat surah tauheed after the recitation of surah Hamd. But if tajveed is perfect then get the sawab of the recitation of different surah.

Thereafter one should first wash one's head and neck, and thereafter the remaining parts of one's body. It is better that one washes the right part of the body first and then the left part. And if a person, while standing under the water, jerks each of these parts on one's body with an intention of performing Tartibi Ghusl, it will not be sufficient and the precaution is that one should not content oneself with it. And if a person washes the body before washing the head, either intentionally, or on account of forgetfulness or because of not knowing the rule, Ghusl is void.

that are haram to touch or look at. Moreover, the IUD should not cause the
abortion of the fertilized ovum after its implantation [in the womb].

Wilāyat Takwini is that Wilāyat which allows the wali or guardian to administer and plan the affairs of all things in any way that he pleases. Wilāyat in ontology (takwin) is specific to Allah and according to Tawhid Rabubi it is He alone, by means of His Wilāyat, who has the power to control the world and thus manifests His guardianship and lordship in many different forms. Concerning the ontological Wilāyat of Allah, the Holy Qur'an says that He is the guardian (wali) of the believers and it is He who takes them out of darkness and into light.
Allah in the Holy Qur'an, on many occasions, proclaims that Wilāyat is confined solely to Him and that looking towards others is no benefit and only brings about lose and disappointment. alssal¡mu `alayka yabna `aliyyin almurta¤¡

Peace be upon you, O son of `Al¢ the well-pleased.

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ فَاطِمَةَ ٱلزَّهْرَاءِ

alssal¡mu `alayka yabna f¡§imata alzzahr¡'i

Peace be upon you, O son of F¡§imah the luminous lady.

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ خَدِيـجَةَ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ

alssal¡mu `alayka yabna khad¢jata alkubr¡a
At another place it comes again

اَشهَدُ اَنّك كُنتَ نوُرا في الأصلابِ الشّامِخَةِ وَالأرحـامِ المُطَهَرَةِ
I bear witness that verily you were a light in the sublime loins and purified wombs

لم تـُنَجـِسـكَ الجـاهِليَّةُ بـاَنِجـاسـِها
The impurities of ignorance did not even tough you
Wassalam

Do sajda and recite the dua and then two Rakah namaz for ziyarat then dua e alqamah

Yes all are necessary it is part of ziyarat e Ashura except dua e Alqamah
Wassalam

It is part of the ziyarat therefore complete the number but if one can not then he/she can recite once.

Salamunalaikum
Recite salawat which taught by Rasul saw and Ahlulbait as

اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلٰٓی اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ کَمَا صَلَّیْتَ عَلٰٓی اِبْرَاھِیْمَ وَعَلٰٓی اٰلِ اِبْرَاھِیْمَ اِنَّکَ حَمِیْدٌ مَّجِیْدٌ اَللّٰھُمَّ بَارِکْ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلٰٓی اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ کَمَا بَارَکْتَ عَلٰٓی اِبْرَاھِیْمَ وَعَلٰٓی اٰلِ اِبْرَاھِیْمَ اِنَّکَ حَمِیْدٌ مَّجِیْدٌ.
Or recite following narrated from Imam Zainul Abedin as inshallah
Allah will remove the difficulties


( إلهي كيف ادعوك وانا انا وكيف اقطع رجائي منك وانت انت , إلهي إذا لم اسألك فتعطيني فمن ذا الذي اسأله فيعطيني إلهي إذا لم ادعوك فتستجيب لي فمن ذا الذي ادعوه فيستجيب لي , إلهي إذا لم اتضرع إليك فمن ذا الذي اتضرع اليه فيرحمني ,الهي كمافلقت البحر لموسى عليه السلام ونجيته، اسالك ان تصلي على محمد وآله وان تنجيني مما نا فيه وتفرج عني فرجا عاجلاَ غير آجل بفضلك
ورحمتك يا ارحم الرحمين
