If you have doubt that whether any non kitabe has touched these products with wet hands or not, you can eat and use but if you believe that non kitabe has touched these product during the production process, then you can't use, can't eat, can't drink, can't apply

Substantial means that the origin country /disembark country may produce halal leather and one cannot exempt the possibility of being paak leather. I mean if the leather has been imported from Kerlala, Tamil nado then there is probability of being halal but if it's from China then despite a percentage of Muslim population it's very hard to get satisfaction of being zabeehaa.

In my opinion we can't give probability of halal to Chinese, Italian, Portuguese leather. Buy Pakistani or Turkish or Iranian leather products or ask your Pakistani or anyone going to Iran to bring for you from there or from Saudi Arabia
