SalamI have a sinful habit of masturbating. i am 16 years old boy. I know it is sin but I am unable to quit this sin. please can you help me in any ways?

Do isteghfar and have strong pledge with Allah that I will stop it
Remember that for this sin there is a severe punishment
This fear will stop you are only 15 otherwise best option is get married
