Is there any fatwa concerning opinion surveys that are found on some store receipts. They ask for a customer's feedback on the shopping experience while offering entrance into a pool for a prize of say 5,ooo dollars.Could this be gambling?

There is no harm in entering such surveys as they are free to enter and is not gambling.
