I wanted to ask about the rules of Qasr prayer. I was born in Baghdad,Iraq. I lived in Hillah, Iraq for about 7 years until I moved to Australia in 2010 and have been living in Australia since then. What is the ruling regarding Qasr prayer if I go to Baghdad, Iraq and Hillah, Iraq?
